UK Property Investment Sales Consultant
Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Property Investment Sales Consultant for our UK division based in Stockport, Cheshire. As well as progressing and closing investor sales from enquiries in relation to our sourced UK properties, you will monitor market trends and provide essential feedback to the Sales Manager to assist in planning and execution of sales strategies.
We have superb UK property investments sourced for clients including developer stock with 50% + discounts and 9%+ yields, resale/ repossession pre-auction distressed property, a live auction website, site student houses and private halls with up to 10%+ yields, off-market £1m+ properties and high yield hotel room investments. We have over 25,000 live registered clients (and rapidly growing and hundreds of enquiries a month as the UK investment market takes off again.
The successful candidate will be energetic, a proven sales professional with excellent client facing skills who works well as part of a team but is capable of leading by example. They will be a proactive self starter with a sharp business brain and possess an assertive yet persuasive style with proven experience of project-management. Their business ethics will be beyond reproach. Previous experience of working in the property investment/buy-to-let market is a pre-requisite and it would be very useful having a buy-to-let portfolio already in terms of practical experience.

- Confident, articulate, self starter
- Experienced sales background with proven track record in the UK property investment market.
- High activity rate with excellent lead management skills
- Excellent and proven consultative sales and closing skills
- Excellent understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTV etc) .
- Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements.
- Very client and partner aware
- Good presentation and reporting skills, both verbally & visually.
- Highly organised, hard working, ability to multi-task in a changing market conditions.
- Ability to handle accurate sales data and reporting to higher management
Useful Additional Skills prefered:
- Ideally have succeeded in a previous team leader role.
- Sharp business brain and the ability to see the “bigger picture” and assist with strategic direction of the UK investment business

International & UK Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
As a highly regarded property investment company and developer based in the UK, there are a number of areas to our business including UK and overseas property, residential and commercial property, financial services and property funds. Due to our planned growth we now wish to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager, based in our Stockport office, to oversee marketing throughout the group as a senior position.
This is an extremely interesting, fast moving and challenging role and you will be responsible for assisting with strategic planning and control of marketing, advertising, event management, public and media relations. In the longer term we would foresee you recruiting and managing your own group marketing team reporting to departmental sales managers and reporting ultimately to the Chief Executive.
Job Description:
- Strategic marketing, planning & implementation of sustained marketing campaigns across the group of companies
- Setting & controlling a marketing budget for each business area for maximum impact
- Copywriting for company websites, letters, brochures, email and written marketing collateral
- Tracking & analysis of marketing cost/benefit and other data
- Advising management on brand development in a competitive market
- Events management including assisting the running of the exhibition and seminar programme. This will include location identification, booking and logistics management, overseeing preparation of event material and overall management of events. This may include speaking at these events, at least from an event hosting perspective and some broad content.
- Involvement with day-to-day PR requests coming into the group and evolution of the PR strategy.
- Management of targeted mail/e-mail/ marketing campaigns and client feedback management.
- Negotiation of marketing/advertising rates with 3rd party providers
Skills Required:
Mandatory Skills
- Confident, articulate, self starter, team player, hands-on but with good delegation skills.
- Excellent and proven communication skills – both written and verbal
- Superb copywriting skills
- Significant experience of designing and running cost-effective marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Highly organised , hard working, ability to multi-task with a mature focused outlook.
- Sharp business brain and very client aware.
- Strong IT skills (very competent in MS Word/Excel use)
Preferred Skills:
- Experienced in the use of packages such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. whilst working alongside the graphic designers
- Excellent experience and understanding of web marketing, SEO and PFC
